Poll question: Binary '08 Presidential Poll: Hillary vs. PYOR
Ok, let's make this simple. Let's say that the race in '08 boils down to Hillary vs. whatever Republican you personally find least offensive.

For whom do you vote?

And no, you don't get a third choice. "Neither" doesn't count, and staying home isn't an option.

3. I will too - if she runs
This is a very strong woman no matter what the criticism of her is and I think she would make a good President.

5. Why bother?
As things stand vis a vie the new "Centrist" (read: Far right, imo) Hillary, no matter who wins this match-up, a Republican will be the winner.

12. Even on social issues?
According to issues2000.org, she's:

Pro-choice
Pro-stem cell research
Pro-civil rights
Anti-discrimination
Pro-gay rights
Pro-drug treatment
Anti-school vouchers
Pro-education
Pro-environment
Pro-health care
Pro-labor

If that makes her "far right", I must have missed a memo.

6. I will vote for the Dem candidate BECAUSE I'm sick of Pub rule!
Many years ago, I voted for Ross Perot. During the campaign, he was the only one who actually sounded like he was willing to dramatically change the way our Gov't does things, and I liked that. I also used to think it wasn't a really big deal who won, because I was so used to a divided Congress, nothing really bad happened no matter who was Pres.

Well, I sure found out I was VERY WRONG!

I want the Pubs out of control...PERIOD! If that means voting for a Dem I don't particularly love, so be it.

10. Although she has pissed off a lot of dems
I think most will rally to support her if she gets the nomination.
