2. That is the deaths, he has cost us
even more in lives.

He has changed the lives of thousands more forever. Those who come home severely wounded who won't be able to ever resume the quality of life they would have had. The careers they had or planned may be gone. If they are lucky they are just missing a limb or two. The less lucky will not be able to live on their own again.

And some who seem fine are nor fine and that evidence will grow, Perhaps PTSD, perhaps TBI. Lives so changed.

He has cost that.

He has cost all the loved ones of all the dead and injured. He has cost us the children that now will not be born.

And if "us" is humanity. not just the USA...look what he hs cost us. There is more Iraqi grief then we can imagine.

All for a wat with no justification, before our very eyes. Who would have believed it.

3. Agreed. W talked us into a war based on lies and fear
Mushroom clouds, WMD's, and all the rest. So many believed because they didn't think a president would lie. W did.

4. And a mighty small price it is, too.
A veritable bargain. The best news is that we still have 887 to go before we can consider ourselves revenged ourselves on al Qaeda and balanced the scales. After all, we can't leave now because if we do Iraq will fall into chaos and civil war. And then there's all those PR articles that we paid for in the Iraq newspapers haven't run yet, we gotta stay till that gets done. Plus if we leave we have allowed all those soldiers to lose body parts and/or die in vain, so let's get some more lined up to join them.

:sarcasm:
