Voters dissatisfied with Bush (Alabama)
http://www.cleburnenews.com/news/2005/cn-local-1202-0-5l02k2346.htm

12-02-2005

More than half of Alabama voters (51%) are dissatisfied with how President George Bush is handling the war in Iraq, according to a survey of 881 likely voters just completed by the Capital Survey Research Center.
In a recent poll related to several job satisfaction ratings for President Bush, surveyors found that overall, a plurality (45%) of Alabama voters believes the country is on the wrong track.
A narrow majority (51%) approves of the way President George W. Bush is handling his job as president.

Progress.

We're getting there.

2. Katrina changed everything. Mississippi, Alabama and Louisiana
are experiencing the ineptness of the ReTHUGlicans first hand and for a PROTRACTED period.

4. Except... Will Louisiana need a good challenger for Blanco?
I don't know when she's up for re-election? But if her poll numbers don't improve before then, I sure hope they'll be a great Democratic challenger that jumps into the race!

5. I'm rooting for her to turn things around. I really don't know her
except for some of the sound bites right after the storm hits. She really seemed in over her head (no pun intended). I really feel for her but I can see where you may be right. Is there any chance she will not seek a second term?

8. the longer they don't help the south like they promised, the deeper
the anger. I feel the GOP has lost the south the same way we lost it in the civil rights era, for generations if not forever.
