1. You should ask "which one does NOT describe the Iraq war"
then we'd have a poll that would be trickier to answer! My vote in that one would go to "intractible".

Becasue this war is thier god damn albatross and we all should hang it around thier necks and frog march them out of washington and into federal pound me in the ass prison.

7. It's worse than criminal
I have trouble describing it in one word. It is illegal, immoral, criminal, and it will be our undoing if we don't stop it. The problem is, no one can get through to Bush. He has convinced himself that in 20 years or beyond this war will leave him with a great "legacy". The only legacy I see is more death and destruction and maybe even our ruin if he manages to wreck the economy with his huge deficit that he is running to support it.

i wouldn't have said the word to my Gram, but she's long dead- and would probably find some pretty choice words to describe the mess we have become-
when the 'vp' not only says the f word, but says he feels better for having said it, on the floor of congress, he's set the bar pretty low don't ya think??

The truth about Iraq is that although, to some, it seems like the ultimate quagmire, boondoggle, or debacle, inreality it is a criminal war started on a lie perpetrated on this country by an intractable President who was enabled by the deceit of his "circle and an irresponsible MSM, and has proved such a disaster that our failure to hold him accountable for it will be sheer folly.

So, it could be any or all of those things an the other things mentioned here.
