There was a little confusion a few months back as to how training Iraqi troops has been going<snip>

So the United States can't withdraw now because that would leave 'a huge vacuum' and Iraq might fall into civil war, he said, a war Shiite militias might incite if US and allied troops left."<snip>

If our troops can't handle the 'insurgents' then how can they teach their Iraqi puppets how to?
