bush must be a member of free republic
talking like a badass to a closed audience. Not wanting to venture forth into the real world to get his hands dirty. Shirking his duties as an American Citizen to fight the good fight as presented by the republican party. Having no desire to die for his leader. Zero courage of convictions; while waving the flag. And having absolutely no fucking idea of how lucky he is to live under the protections of the constitution which millions died for. No doubt, bush is a freeper. Come on freeps fight back. Label Rep Murtha a member of DU, I dare ya!

1. No, I think even the dissent on Freep is too much for lil' Bushie to take.
Going online and talking to them might make Bushie cry.

2. Eh, DU is as much a closed audience as free republic
not that I mind, but every once in a while I like to have a good argument with someone from the other side.

3. There are 1000's of other forums

were you can argue with people of all different persuasions. Try your local news paper. Many of them have on line forums. I participated in one for two years before I came here. After awhile it was like banging your head against a wall. I even had my own minder who would let me post anything without disrupting. There are enough distracters here has it is.

9. thats what im saying...its the same with the free republic
its kind of hypocritical to complain about one site being one sided, when thats its purpose, when you're a member of another site with the same purpose

7. DU is hardly as closed as Free Republic...
I have spent considerable time on both sites and if you even question Christian fundamentalists or the Administration you are immediately labeled.

8. Where the hell do you find Republicans that have "good arguments"?
I find dealing with them to be similar to trying to talk politics with a bunch of 13 year olds.

13. I think the last time I heard a sensible Republican was back about '73
If you know the whereabouts of another one, then you may want to contact a museum and let them know their sensible Republican has escaped.

5. No, he'd have to be able to to use a computer to do that.
And besides, he couldn't take even a limited amount of dissent ... he'd be threatening all of the other posters with rendition to Egypt!
