That headline is pretty funny.

If one were to drop the colon, and IF the statement were true, think about how much better off Scooter and Rove would be today.

If he did, he would have ingested ergotomine which used to cause powerful hallucinations during the Middle Ages. It may have made him hallucinate that he was ethical.

I'm sure it will pass after he has a good night's sleep.
