Bush Compares Iraqis to Founding Fathers - Maybe he can tell us
Edited on Mon Dec-12-05 11:47 AM by Vinnie From Indy
which of these Iraqi's are like Ben Franklin, Thomas Jefferson or James Madison. Which of the Iraqis will play George Washington? Which of our founding fathers should Ahmed Chalabi be compared to?

It is beyond silly to compare the two. One huge difference is that the founding fathers were not trying to create a country with a thousand year history of ethnic, tribal and religious conflict.

Smirky still looks so proud every time he garbles out a word with more than three syllables.

1. If the Iraqis are the founding fathers and we are those who helped
them to liberate themselves, doesn't that make us France? That should go over well.

3. The French didn't force us to adopt their government style, however.
They were just in it to stick it to the English and weaken their position in North America.

5. Did he say "Gary Bremer?"
Thought I heard that right before he said "EPA, er, CPA."

If so, that's a pretty huge screw-up.

8. Taking another page out of Reagan's propaganda playbook.
Remember when the brain damaged one compared the Contra terrorists to our founding fathers? The Repugs must really dislike our founders. But, the propaganda worked with the sheeple.
