Things I learned about my country in the past couple of weeks - NOT GOOD
I learned that:

1) My President acts like a dictator and allows spying on Americans
2) My government is paying journalist to write fake news in Iraq
3) My country's military used chemical weapons in Fallujah
4) My country's leaders fought to allow torture of prisoners in my name
5) My country is not willing to help Katrina victims, but spends billions on Iraqis
6) My country cuts $96 billion in taxes, while cutting $10 billion from Medicaid, food stamps, and other programs which benefit poor Americans
7) My country holds people (Americans) for years w/o right to an attorney or trial - then changes the story and brings lesser charges
8) My President ADMITS responsibility for the faulty intelligence on national TV and he is not held responsible for over 100,000 deaths
9) My President has no shame, supports a culture of corruption, and praises representative (Delay) who is under indictment with no regard to alleged criminal behavior
10)My country's MSM still has not learned a lesson and continues to accept the administration's propaganda at face value!!!

I know Americans deserve better, I know we can get more accomplished, I know we can take our country back. I just hope it happens sooner rather than later!!!

It reminds me that we've still got a long road back to some kind of sanity in this country.

I'm remembering a list I saw around '01 or '02 maybe that had a 100 plus list of GWB "firsts and worsts" or something like that...

If anyone remembers this, it would certainly merit an update. When I first read it, I used it as a handout to a few FAUX news watchers at the office who didn't know any better. It's very powerful to see his crimes and misappropriations spelled out in succinct bullet points.

Edit to recommmend and add one of these >>>:kick:
