The issue is not about eavesdropping. It's warrantless eavesdropping.
This is not about the effectiveness or the value of eavesdropping. It's not about the Patriot Act.

Americans believe that the President and the Vice President are bound by the same laws as we are.

Plus, we like the Constitution.

Our President broke the law.

There is no defense. It didn't stop or help terrorists. It has nothing to do with terrorism.

Our President is a criminal.

1. Eavesdropping on Americans without warrants violates the Constitution
4th Amendment of Constitution:

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

3. It's not "eavesdropping"...
It's fucking "spying"....Don't sugarcoat it for them anymore. They don't need your assistance.
