Secretary Albright Headlines DNC Podcast

Washington, DC - This week, former Secretary of State Madeleine K. Albright
headlines the Democratic National Committee's Podcast. The DNC's Podcast, a
brief audio broadcast that listeners can download for play on portable music
devices or on computers, gives listeners a chance to regularly hear from party
leaders, newsmakers, strategists, policy makers, and the grassroots of the
Democratic Party.

In her interview, Secretary Albright discusses last week's elections in Iraq,
congratulating Iraqi citizens for turning out in record numbers to vote, and
praising Democrats for being united in demanding answers from the President on
Iraq.

"Democrats are united in wanting to bring the troops home safely and as quickly
as possible. Democrats are united in terms of wanting our homeland to be
secured," said Secretary Albright during the DNC Podcast. "I think what the
Democrats have done, and that we should all take great pride in, is ultimately
forced a discussion of this issue."

Listeners are also directed to the DNC website to download the DNC's latest web
video. The video, released amid reports that President Bush may have illegally
ordered the National Security Agency to spy on Americans, and a widening
credibility gap at the White House, calls on President Bush to be truthful with
Americans about the manipulation of pre-war intelligence.
