trying to obfuscate the issue.

He circumvented FISA with foreknowledge that this was a crime. He stated so himself in one of his past talks. He himself claimed there could be no warrant-less taps. Oh but that applies to the Patriot act and not the NSA thing. Bull shit. Now we find on raw story that indeed one at least one occasion they did listen to conversations entirely within the united states.

But at it's core it is a simple felony excursion around a court. Your right.
