The new freeper angle on Spygate
is that Carter and Clinton also spied on citizens without court orders. They are passing around some arcane act where Jimmy and Bill wrote that the courts could be bypassed if the AG approved the surveillance. Get ready for that all day today.

7. traffic news this morning had a blurb about Jamie gorelick
arguing that the presidential powers included spying domestically on foreign calls. They're going full throttle with this...haven't had time to discern the differences yet.
