the people would have approved Bush spying on the citizens. I hope things are different today, we'll find out when the next set of polls are released.

1. I'll just be happy that we'll have an answer
We'll finally know whether the US is going to stay a Republic or whether it's heading toward Monarchy. It'll be nice to have a clear cut basis for deciding what to do and how to do it. That's worth something, no?

2. Not if the corporate media continues to spread misconceptions...
...and lies about the issue (for example: Clinton did it too - debunked)

4. I don't watch TV
So hearing that the media is saying that "clinton did it to" really burns my butt. (See why I don't watch TV?)

5. Things are different, I think
when I got to work this morning, a fellow there who is apolitical came up and told me that Bush should be impeached. He disagrees with how the Iraq War was handled, and blames Bush, and went livid over the spying. He's told me that when my local peace group has a demonstration he'll be there. He was totally indifferent to our peace efforts in 2003.
