"war on terrorism" (or just "terrorism") - could be combined with "terrists" from the current card.
"pandemic flu" or "flu"
"urge the Senate" or "Senate Democrats"
"stand by what he said"
"support the troops"
"vital" (as in "vital tool" or "vital to prevent attacks")
"highly classified"
"advancing freedom and democracy"

I haven't had a chance to see the Vice President's comments, so I can't really get into discussing exactly what he was talking about, but certainly stand by what he said.

So you don't know what he said but you stand by it 100%.

What if he had said, "Scott McClellan is a lying weasel." - would you still stand by it 100%?
