Not being asked enough!
One of the big questions is... why doesn't the Administration trust the Judges or the Judicial System?

Or, if they do trust them, then what are they afraid of? Why can't they turn their records over to the Judges now that their existence is no longer secret?

I think we all know. The information gathered was used to profit and for partisan purposes.

Exactly why it is illegal.

1. Judges are the enemy of America!!
Think! I bet you, like most Americans, can point to at least one asinine judicial decision! Therefore, obviously, judges are bad, the judicial system needs to be overhauled, and the republicans are just the guys to undertake this arduous task!

Let those FISA judges go ahead and resign! Good riddance! Then the administration can appoint new, GOOD FISA judges--judges who will do as they're told!

4. They wouldn't do that... they would only use HS to track dem
planes flying over texas.... as well they should </sarcasm>
