They look like giro's.. but I just looked it up on Google and it said that they use chickpeas (garbonzo beans) in them.

2. Falafels are tasty

Chick peas spiced into little balls, salad greens, tomatos, tahini sauce, sprouts...all in a kind of slightly crunchy pita bread concoction. Not really good for fighting someone with in real life actually...but hey, tasty good Middle Eastern food.
