Yup, it's a glimpse into Republican honcho Fred Malek, former campaign manager for Poppa Bush (until he was detected) and currently trying to buy the Washington baseball club....

What the hell is that supposed to mean? I guess among Republicans, adulthood is not thought to begin until sometime in the forties, and therefore, anything done in the thirties can be chalked up to adolescent pranks.
