6. Just for fun, notice which ones always rate high/low
The polls that have outliers occasionally are:

Too high:

Fox - 8
Gallup - 1
ABC - 1
CBS - 1

Too low:

Quinnipiac - 11
Harris - 2
Am/Res - 3
Ipsos-Reid - 1
Time/CNN - 1

I'm just eyeballing those numbers, but Fox and Quinnipiac do stand out.
