Here's what some congressional Republicans are saying about *
"This is probably the worst administration ever in getting Congress's opinion on anything." Rep. Thomas M. Davis III (R-Va.)

The White House at times has been "non-responsive and arrogant." Sen. Lindsey O. Graham (R-S.C.).

Sen. Norm Coleman (R-Minn.), who won his seat in 2002 after a late push by Bush, told the Associated Press this week that the president should shake up the staff more broadly, accusing the White House of having a political "tin ear." The Coleman call was seen by some top White House aides a wake-up call because he has been such a loyal Bush backer.

Could some of them finally be getting a clue?

1. The bush administration doesn't have a clue.....
that's been quite apparent from the start. bush still thinks he's a popular war-time president and has oodles of political capital to spend. If that isn't being clueless, I don;t know what is.

4. battered-Congress syndrome
--snip--- http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/03/16/AR2006031602430.html

Congressional scholar Norman J. Ornstein has written that the recently vented anger, after being suppressed for years out of loyalty or fear, might be seen in psychological terms. He called the condition "battered-Congress syndrome."

5. Republican-dominated Congress lost its independence by rubberstamping
everything that * demands. It has become an enabler of the Executive Branch. Usually it's the other way around with Congress making the law and the President executing the law.

9. What the Hell
It must be true cause if Lindsey Graham(probally the 3rd biggest bushwhore in the Senate) is somewhat critizing the White House then by golly it must be true(and no that wasn't sarcasm)

On a side since someone bring it up, is it true that Graham prefers men over women, or is it some joke that us DU members like to say?
