That according to U.S. News and World Report, in the following months after 9/11, Bush authorized warrentless, physical searches of homes, breaking the law, and also the 4th amendment to the Constitution.

It's obvious that the wiretap deal was the tip of the iceberg.

3. 4 years later
this is finally coming out. What took so damn long? Was everyone really so la-di-dah no fucking big deal about this before now?

If this is true then the press, the media, the authorities and everyone else who knew about this are a damn bunch of chimp enablers. Fuck them all.

Seriously. Fuck them all. We've had 4 years of this this crap and the cover ups and the lies and the it's ok because he really really is just doing it to protect us crap.

A plague on all of them.

It seems like an eternity to me. I hate the thought of 2 more years and 9 months of this ignorant shit for brains. God,I wish there could be a Divine intervention happen to remove this bastard ASAP! It pisses me off that this crazed animal is getting by with breaking the law. I wish to hell he would get a blow job so he can be IMPEACHED.

5. So...?????
I hate to be cynical, but if it's O.K. for Bush to eavesdrop on people's conversations without a warrent (as a majority of Congress apparently believes), why should searching their homes be any different?

Alternately, if Bush deserves to be removed from office for the latter, why shouldn't he be for the former as well?

In other words, I doubt this will have any effect on the controversy, one way or the other.
