Why do polls have caveats?
A democrat wants to censure the president therefore should it go forward because

Yes, Presidents are not above the law

No, let the constitution wend its way

WHY NOT VERY SIMPLY - "IS THE PRESIDENT ABOVE THE LAW, YES OR NO?"

Let us see how many in this country would answer yes. Maybe, just maybe, a "conservative" would have to take a least a few seconds to think about the novel concept. Then the follow up poll would be is censure of the president due to ignoring the law warranted?
