Any news regarding Scalia recusing himself from the tribunal case?
This morning on Rachel Maddow, Michael Isakoff discussed the tribunal case and Scalia's speech. Has anyone heard whether he will recuse himself? According to the report, Roberts has already recused himself because he had ruled on this as a judge. If Scalia doesn't recuse himself which I don't think he will have the jurisprudence to do, where does that leave the Court on this matter?

1. Outside of the legal aspect...It does make the court
appear unable to abide by the rules...it makes them look weak!!!
