although Clark had been DildO'Reilly's guest both times DildO got it wrong. Pretty amazing rant, though. Faux News sanitized the transcript, as well. KO called BillO "the Sisyphus of morons," -- "a false patriot who would rather be loud than right." Heckuva rant. I think KO has gone beyone merely making fun of BIllO; I think he really hates his guts. He was sure outraged about this.

at Malmedy in WWII, apparently in some lame attempt to justify Haditha (like, yeah, we do this all the time). In fact, at Malmedy the Germans massacred a group of American soldiers. BillO said this during two separate interviews with Clark. I don't know whether Clark tried to correct him because KO ended the clip before Clark's response. I'm guessing BillO just hollered over him or changed the subject. We might not ever know because apparently Faux has scrubbed the transcript (unless there's video somewhere).

General Wesley Clark: I say that, first of all, you'll have to show me and prove to me that there were ever any American soldiers in Belgium and Normandy or in Iwo Jima who murdered civilians. Secondly, I think you're too low when you say 95% of the forces are performing effectively. I'd say 99.5% of the forces are performing effectively, maybe higher. But when you have incidents like this, and you have chains of command under enormous stress, that is an indicator that things aren't going right. You've got to be sensitive to those indicators. You've got to fix the problem, otherwise it's going to get worse.

But, Keith was not only pissed about O'Lielly's dissing of our troops, making up history and then trying to run and hide from what he said, Keith was also mad - and made mention - of O'Lielly's attempt to dress down a four-star general (he sang Clark's praises)... so the OP wasn't really all that off.

(That's something that's frequently made me laugh and scream, sometimes simultaneously. My favorite was when O'Leilly tried to dismiss the General and Clark responded, "I'm telling you what I know as a military guy." O'Leilly countered, "Yeah, well here's what I know as a political analyst." A what?!? Oh, well then -- we're so impressed!!)

Orielly and Clark were talking sometime last year about something going on in Iraq...not sure about what that was, so Orielly brought up about a massacre in WW2 committed by US Troops...so now they were talking about Haditha and Olielly did it again...brought up the same shit he started last year...and he got it wrong again...it was the Germans who killed 84 unarmed US soldiers...
