Robert Kennedy does GREAT on MSNBC re: Election Fraud vs. Tucker Idiot....
This was amazing torture. Having to watch almost 30 minutes of MSNBC was like punishment for me.

but as a 2 year election activist.. I have to laugh at the way Tucker handled the entire show with
such bias... is this what passes for journalism? He's a certifiable idiot..

1. Rep. Peter King R-NY started out show complaining that NY city was being shorted millions of dollars in Homeland money.
If you watch the Movie Illegit Vote 2004 done by Velvetrevolution.us he started out in the movie as being at a picnic the day after election with Bush saying "it's all over but the counting and we'll take care of the counting"
*** Hey Tucker, word to the wise, don't start off your segment with a man that admitted the GOP takes care of the counting and then pretend to give equal time to RFK about an election fraud article. Us election activists particularly hate King for admitting the GOP count the votes and rig their own elections!!! great freudian slip though to have him headlining your show....

2. Tucker totally trashed this poor reprsentative of a Muslim organization who calls for Rumsfeld's resignation using nothing more than stupid circular logic... 'why call for his resignation when you don't know the facts in Haditha", man's answer 'we know that there was torture in Guantanamo and Abu Gharaib, and Haditha is one more straw in a string of very bad policy flaws', Tucker 'you don't know the facts.' man 'yes we do know the facts, we have eyewitness soldiers and other folks saying it was a massacre', Tucker, 'well why call for Rumsfeld resignation without knowing facts' man 'we called for his resignation in past and are doing it again... and then Tucker managed to get a jab in here are there showing his obvious muslim racial hatred showing Tucker to be a total bigot and unwilling to listen to the obviously articulate and well spoken man

3. 5 worst politicians... Wow, he put Cynthia McKinney on and the reason... for claming Bush knew something about 9/11 before it happened... KNOCK KNOCK, hello Tucker, anybody home... Bush knew alot about 9/11 before it happened, it's a fact he ignored all the warnings from internal intelligence memos

4. Finally RFK Got to speak.. Tucker's talking points, were almost written by Rove himself:
1. Why wouldn't Media cover it? (as if media making a mistake for 2 years not covering election fraud made their mistake beyond reproach)
2. Why hasn't Kerry said anything (RFK response, well Kerry feels differently after this new data)
3. Why if thousands collaborated on fixing election for GOP wouldn't any of them come forward ???? RFK didn't get a chance to answer
4. Why was article partisan quoting mostly democratic sources (RFK said he interviewed GOPers like Matt Damschroder to find more facts and all lead to GOP rigging)

bottom line... RFK did a great job on defending his article, but in the end, Tucker just shook his head like, well, I guess folks should read the article even if it is long... like it being long is a problem..

Tucker, you're a total idiot.. RFK you are a true hero...

thanks to all who helped gather the facts for RFK including my friend RHP, you know you have done a great job!!!!

and everyone in Ohio who helped, KD, you did a great job too!!!

what a coup...

what a great thing to finally hear the truth, Thank-you to a Kennedy, a lasting democrat from an era when democrats were at least dignified....

aside from the torture of truly bad journalism, it was the most riveting 5 minutes of TV news I've watched in over 2 years.....

let's all leave Tucker a Voicemail 877.tcarlson or email Tucker@msnbc.com

I will post my flame email to tucker..could tell he did not read the Rolling Stone article.... the guy is a total waste of people's eyeballs.. but consider the source, MSNBC hired a failed pundit when Tucker couldn't make it elsewhere in the news world...

4. Here's my email to Tucker...
I had to slam him.... he is possibly the most blatantly biased and yet trying to pretend
he's a newsman person on TV (and I really hate tweety and Dobbs and Greta and such but Tucker is really bad)...

*** Email to tucker tucker@msn.com

Word to the wise, don’t start out a show that features the Rolling Stones / Robert F. Kennedy Election fraud by
headlining a guy (Peter King) who is quoted as saying the day after election, “Its’ all over but the counting and we’ll
Take care of the counting.” It shows a particular ignorance on your part by having a man who admitted election fraud
Headline your segment.. watch this video to see King’s quote:
http://www.govsux.com/peterking.mov

Second. You had several attacks of RFK related to his election fraud article.. let me rebut your bad logic one by one:
1. Why wouldn't Media cover election fraud after all this time? (There have been a series of election fraud conferences in Nashville, Columbus, Houston and Oregon,
All of which mainstream media was offered to attend and did not show up.. you tell me Tucker, where was the mainstream media? Does NOT COVERING THE NEWS provide
A reasonable defense of the mainstream media if this article is factual and the Ohio election was stolen? If you don’t believe me, I am attaching a list of the 200 citizen organizations
That have been fighting election fraud (most of us have lost our jobs and our relationships to fight this one good battle, the only battle left to save our democracy), so ask yourself
Tucker when you go to sleep tonite WHY HAVEN”T YOU COVERED THE OBVIOUS 2004 ELECTION FRAUD?????

2. Why hasn't Kerry said anything (RFK response, well Kerry feels differently after this new data)
Kerry took a walk on Americans.. most people think of him as a spineless jellyfish in the election community. But his not coming forward has VERY LITTLE to do with proving or
Disproving election fraud. The cowardice of one man does not prove or disprove election fraud...... more circular logic....
If the article is to be believed on face value, that election fraud DID OCCUR in Ohio, then Kerry should punish himself for not fighting harder to ensure the Recount happened (the Ohio recount was shut down by GOP and yes dirty / criminal Ohio officials like the AG, the Governor and the Senators who are all under ethics charges or indictment)
**** Look up this article on Tom Noe…. If you question how dirty Ohio election get, notice they have convicted a man for money laundering into the Bush Campaign, Tom Noe’s wife
was the election director of Lucas County Ohio, a county that was first to buy Diebold machines, a county that locked up the machines in a warehouse with many GOP operatives before allowing the citizens in for a recount…. Take a look and dig deeper.. the election fraud STENCH in Ohio rises from every corner of the state…
http://www.toledoblade.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20060601/NEWS02/606010468

Is it any wonder you ask ‘how does this implicate the republicans’.. between this Noe connection to bush campaign contributions and Noe’s wife controlling the votes in one
Pivotal county, and the 2nd pivotal county in Ohio being Franklin (matt damschroeder a republican taking bribes for $10,000 from Diebold) is there any question, Tucker
That the GOP is full of filthy rotten asshole criminally insane asswhipes???? Is there any question Tucker…???

3. Why if thousands collaborated on fixing election for GOP wouldn't any of them come forward ???? Many have come forward… many republicans/non democrats who were asked to participate in vote rigging or proved election fraud:
Clint Curtis (programmer in Florida) testified before court that he was asked to rig the vote in Florida
Jim March (Rep or Ind.) helped Bev Harris and black box voting show election rigging thru faulty security in CA and then Diebold did a settlement and case swept under the rug
Raymond Lemme (in florida investigating vote rigging and connection to money laundering and he was mysteriously ‘suicidal’ weeks from having evidence of links to Bush
** many others have been killed or silenced by the powers that be to prevent the truth about election fraud to get out to the public

4. Why was article partisan quoting mostly democratic sources (RFK said he interviewed GOPers like Matt Damschroder to find more facts and all lead to GOP rigging)
*** It would be nice to quote some GOP folks who think honest elections are important in America.. the problem is most the Senate GOP folks are ‘planted’ there by Bush’s vote rigging
and they won’t bite the hand that feeds them. Consider the new paradigm if indeed election fraud is the norm not the exception. You basically have a government planted by a small few and those rigged senators will never vote to INVESTIGATE, or change the election machines that control their getting back into office…. You have an endless loop of corrupt officials and no way for
the citizens to get out of that endless loop.

Finally, I find your bias and journalist style to be without integrity. You are also pretty stupid. I can tell you didn’t read the article and your cross examination of RFK was childish and marked
By interruptions and talking points you felt it was your job to defend. Do you attend the journalistic school of Rove's talking points? I'll give those same 4 points about a day to show up on every other major news station!!!!

Tucker… get a life… do the viewing public a favor….. get a different day job. You suck as a pundit and you are no news man…

You are more like a GOP asswipe cheerleader..

Go team… stealing democracy from hard working Americans….

6. I love your rant, on the whole, but did you really expect RFK to say that
John Kerry was a coward? And I argue with that part of your rant. John Kerry is about the last person I would call a coward. He has shown no tendency to cowardice that I know of--just the opposite. He has done very courageous things in his life. I may greatly disagree with him on some things, and question his motives (for instance, the Iraq war vote), but cowardice is not one of them. Think about your rant a minute. You're saying that the news media sucks. You lambast them for NOT covering election fraud, then one of them stupidly asking, "why isn't this in the news?" True enough. It was BLACK-HOLED in the news. Then you talk about Congress being rigged; you say, "those rigged senators will never vote to INVESTIGATE." So, extend this argument further, and try to look at it from Kerry's point of view. Kerry was facing a hostile (and highly corrupt) press, a hostile (and rigged) Congress, a hostile (and rigged) Supreme Court, and, in addition, Dem Party leadership that didn't have his back--I think due to corruption and collusion. It was an utterly hopeless situation--apart from any particular threats that the criminals in the WH might have conveyed, that might have caused Kerry to be courageous or cowardly. The situation itself was overwhelmingly impossible. How could he challenge the election in a Congress full of Bush "pod people" without Dem Party support?

I cannot leap to the conclusion that Kerry was cowardly. And that is NOT a good answer to Carlson's sneakily hostile question. The answer should be (and RFK's answer should have been): "Ask HIM. It's not MY responsibility to know that. It's the NEWS MEDIA'S RESPONSIBILITY. I am just presenting and analyzing these facts."

--------------

Election fraud is really a very, very simple issue. All these illegal Republican suppressions of Dem votes, in various places, with various methods, make it seem like an awfully complicated subject.

But the vote suppression was EXTRA. It was done for insurance, or because Kerry's win was bigger than expected. The facts of the election SYSTEM, and who engineered it, and how it works, are, on their face, strong evidence of fraud. And that's where the main part of the fraud occurred (a 3% to 5% reversal of a Kerry win into a Bush win).

1. The election system was engineered by the two biggest crooks in Congress, Tom Delay and Bob Ney (abetted by Bilderberg 'Democrat' Christopher Dodd--who, not incidentally, was Kerry's advisor on electronic voting), in the Anthrax Congress in 2002. The so-called "Help America Vote Act" that they pushed through Congress provided nearly $4 billion in electronic voting boondoggle funding, which soon began making its way into the pockets of three major electronic voting corporations--Diebold, ES&S and Sequoia--all of them with very close ties to the Republican Party and rightwing causes.

2. The "Help America Vote Act" permitted these private partisan corporations to gain control over the tabulation of all of our votes, using 'TRADE SECRET,' PROPRIETARY programming code in the new electronic voting systems--code so secret that not even our secretaries of state are permitted to review it--with virtually no audit/recount controls. HAVA then forced draconian deadlines on state/county election officials to force them to purchase this crapass, insecure, expensive and extremely hackable election machinery, or face penalties. It permitted secret industry "testing" of the machines. It also permitted lavish lobbying and other corrupt practices that basically destroyed our election system in two years time. Elections officials with integrity are now hard to find. The heady power of these big Fed-funded contracts has caused them to become secretive and to make dreadfully bad decisions that have greatly harmed the public.

3. As a consequence of all of this, American elections were rendered NON-TRANSPARENT and UNVERIFIABLE. Non-transparent elections are not elections. They are tyranny. That's what we have.

4. In 2004, one third of the country voted on electronic systems, run on secret programming code, with no paper trail at all--no ability to recount the votes--let alone a real paper ballot backup. The rest of the country had entirely inadequate auditing and recount rules to deal with this fast-as-the-speed-of-light, secret vote counting, using code that no one but private corporate personnel can review or understand. Two closely related companies with rightwing connections, Diebold and ES&S (run by two brothers), counted 80% of the nation's votes. Studies of electronic vs paper ballot voting establish that the electronic systems gave an inexplicable edge to Bush.

These facts are simple, straightforward and clear. Our election system IS FRAUDULENT. And it has been rendered non-transparent and unverifiable ON PURPOSE. Transparent elections are not difficult. They are a no-brainer, really. People vote and you do the vote counting in ways that can be verified, in full public view. But that is NOT what Tom Delay, and Bob Ney and Christopher Dodd wanted.

There ARE some mysteries about this, for sure. For instance, what's with the Dem Party leadership's SILENCE on Republican corporations counting all the votes under a veil of secrecy? Are they insane?

After some consideration of that possibility (something in the air in DC? anthrax?), I think not. I think it's a more complicated answer--than with the Republicans, who have become such crooks, election rigging is their preferred form of politics. With the Dems, part of it is corruption of ELECTION officials, whom the Dems are, in turn, beholden to for their power; part of it is corruption on electronics in government (in Calif, for instance, Diebold does more than elections, they also do some gov't data systems); I think the DNC (McAulife, Brazille) and the DLC were both dirty on electronic voting; it was like this big dirty secret. Lots of money, lots of power involved--and too many corruptible Democrats, who have been into money and power for a long time, and NOT into representing the interests of the people or the country. And with a few Dems--like Christopher Dodd--outright shilling for our Corporate Rulers.

Others were cowed into silence. I saw this at work in California, when the bad guys went after our excellent Secretary of State, Kevin Shelley, who had sued Diebold, and de-certified the worst of their election theft machines prior to the 2004 election. Shelley was 'swiftboated' out of office in 2005 on entirely bogus corruption charges. Some state Dems wanted to support him, and were strongarmed into silence by the new Dem state leaders. The upshot is that--with Dem cooperating--Schwarzenegger appointed a Diebold shill as Sec of State who has now illegally RE-certified the Diebold machines. You may also recall when the "Iron Curtain" came down from the upper echelons in Demdom, in the months after the election--it hit DailyKos, it hit nearly every blog except DU, it hit some shows on AAR, it hit all the Dem Party groups around the country. Discussion of election fraud and the EGREGIOUS non-transparency of electronic voting was VERBOTEN.

As with the war, Dem Party leader silence is almost as lethal as Bush junta crime. It may not be as culpable, but it is as lethal--to lives, as to our political life. It's not something we care to talk about much--since we are involved in a partisan fight, and indeed a life and death struggle to defeat this junta. The Bushites are so bad that one tends not to want to rag on the Dems. But it must be faced, if ever we are going to recover our right to vote.

And, of course, Tucker Carlson would spin like a toy clown--until his head spun off--if you tried to give him an answer like this, about why the Dems were silent. We need a short answer. The question does come up a lot. I suppose, "Corruption on electronic voting contracts--lots of money involved" about sums it up. And I do think there was some fear involved--fear of Bush junta power and evil; fear of being 'swiftboated' like Kevin Shelley. (Nobody except the Bushites and the NYT knew about the pervasive domestic spying, at that time--spying that undoubtedly included setting people up for a fall.)

8. Bravo great post....
I thought your post was the most thoroughly written and succinct view of election fraud I have yet to read.

good writing..

I especially loved this line..
"There ARE some mysteries about this, for sure. For instance, what's with the Dem Party leadership's SILENCE on Republican corporations counting all the votes under a veil of secrecy? Are they insane?"

I almost fell off my chair when Donna Brazile & DNC report ADVOCATED Optiscans... (agreed she is a bloviating waste of nothingness and a throwback forced to stay in DNC as a condition from McAuliff, from what I hear, Dean not a Donna fan)

I understand people think it lesser of two evils but same memory cards and GEMS counting happens on touchscreens as with optiscans so if you still let the computer count you're in big trouble... but at least they slammed touch screens, we have to take our victories where we can get them.

Let me just say one thing about Kerry and then I'll stop. There were 2 lawsuits that KERRY PROMISED on election night to count every vote. There was a Libertarian/Green suit (which kerry was dragged into kicking and screaming). From the horses mouth, Jon Bonifaz / lead counsel for the recount and also Greens Pres. candidate David Cobb both in Atlanta, both said Kerry lawyers were asleep at the wheel, there for names sake only, did not participate at all in the recount and pretty much there to sign papers and that's it, the bulk of the 100+K cost came from greens/libertarians, not from Kerry... there was also a pivotal day in court, my friend Linda remembers it well, when the Kerry lawyer was asked by the judge, "Will kerry personally bind to the lawsuit' answer was NO HE WILL NOT PERSONALLY Bind..

that was the cowardice I mention. and all his heroic standing before congress to complain about vietnam stands, it's true what they say, Kerry sometimes puts his PROFESSIONAL career of running for president since 2003 ahead of his fighting for the people.. I've seen it with the Iraq vote, I saw it on the day Boxer stood up before congress and Kerry was mysteriously in Iraq (strange time, Kerry, again missing in action when the public needed you).

But the worse and perhaps most scathing bit of info. I can dig up on Kerry that makes me question his motives and give me the slightest indication he does not have the backbone we need to fight the thugs, is the way he has handled election fraud since then...

there is so much evidence for electronic machine failure.. but his words are always very careful, he usually only points to disenfranchisement and has been as yet not as clear and not as concise and not as articulate about voting machines... and I agree sometimes it's the dems and money and power that keep them silent but he has not excuse cause he promised me, tiny little me a single voter to be VOCAL on this point.

my problem with Kerry is that he diverts good funds to a campaign I have strong feeling he will lose...

I would put that money anywhere else but I know for a fact that Americans need to see a new face next time and not this tired old power hungry person they see in Kerry.

After reading this Kennedy Piece, and hearing Kennedy say "kerry feels differently after this news", I'll sit back and see if Kerry comes out with a statement about the article... otherwise the article makes Kerry look like an idiot for not fighting election fraud.

ask anyone of the 200 or so Ohio activists they will tell you KERRY TOOK A WALK ON AMERICANS, ask Cliff arnebeck, I have a video of the lead counsel for the citizens lawsuit challenge in Ohio saying "kerry took a walk" so overall, you pretty much have election activists pissed off Kerry made us dig into our own pockets (myself I am doing a lawsuit with the results of my evidence collected over 2 years and costing me over $20K in time money and effort over the last year.)... i"m pissed the Democratic party is nowhere to be found when we needed legal help.

so bottom line, a trenches view, is Kerry does not deserve a 2nd chance.. cause i"m not getting all the way to the finish line with a winning candidate that won't fight like hell to prove to the thugs he won.

Bottom line, Kerry won, and he didn't fight to prove to the world he won... forget sore loser.. the ukraines got out into the streets, no sore loser about it and that fear of presenting that image is makign the democrat party a party of jellyfish...

rock on and thanks for your post!!!

3. I agree...
how do we know folks watch these shows...

if exit polling is skewed perhaps advertisers are given lies about viewership...

who knows? what say you?
