Any CA CD50 polls?
Anywhere? The last I saw was with Busby ahead 7 points. How has it changed? Has it?

1. Haven't seen any new polls since then
I'm not sure if it's changed or not, but it appears there are no new ones as of now

2. All I know is that that poll was released right before Roach said he
wouldn't run. So I'm guessing if people intending to vote for Roach chose "other" and would now choose Bilbray in a new poll.

3. Nothing new on the California blog site, except a request for volunteers
to work the next several days on getting the vote out.

4. A new Survey USA poll shows her down 47% to 45%..
We need to GOTV folks. There's also a slew of various attacks on her campaign just cropping up now. Now's the important time to keep voters straight on what they should do and who's giving them lies!

We've got to turn those independent voters on to Busby...

Apparently the new polling shows Bilbray picking up more independent voters and older voters. Busby is also supposed to have a good lead with younger voters. Need to make sure the younger voters vote, and you need to talk with those older voters that might be being steered to Bilbray now to make sure they aren't "fooled"!

There's another report here that the GOTV is flagging here, and that indicates there's a lot of work to be done to help us win Tuesday! It is indicated that volunteers are "scarce" now. I know we're burned out from all of these special elections (mayoral and the earlier April election along with Arnie's election), but we've got to work hard this one! This is the big one that counts!

5. I figured it was close to that..
I was hoping not, but last time SUSA was altitle bit modest in her turnout. Let's see how it goes on Tuesday. I have my fingers crossed...

6. There's still a lot of undecided or others that could make the difference.
That level of difference in the polls is too close to call I think. I think it really will depend on how much we can GOTV this weekend. I'm going to try and make some time to help with phone banking, etc.
