Any discussion today on the Supreme Court
taking up two cases concerning public school racial makeup next term? My first thought was that the regressives have been dying to take down Brown v. Board for nearly two generations and they are not wasting any time going after it.

1. NPR made the point that SCOTUS will be re-hearing cases
since O'Connor retired, they will rehear cases which she cast the deciding vote on. Or, if not re-hear the same case, do another similar one to get a different vote.

Well, now we get to see what a conservative supreme court will do for the next 30 yrs.
