How come Skilling and Lay are convicted but we can't touch Bush?
I'd have thought that they'd stacked the legal deck enough to protect their friends, as they protect themselves. Couldn't Skilling and Lay plea out if they talk about any ties to BushCo and the secret energy policies?

2. Like the 12th-hour pardons granted by Reagan?
And a country-club environment until then?

Hmmm, like the convicted racist lyncher who was released without explanation earlier this year?

3. Besides, it can be hazardous to your health to turn on the BFEE.
They make the Mafia look like a bible study group.
