Already happening, at least with the framing part. Oh, and possibly the suiciding.

3. Environmental activists all the way
There was that fiasco with Judi Bari when she supposedly blew herself up with her own pipe bomb. Turned out that wasn't the case and the FBI was successfully sued after her death.

Then there was the kid that supposedly torched all of those Hummers. It turns out he had nothing to do with it.

I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if some or all of those ELF people that were arrested a few months ago for arson are exonerated. Our government has a long history of framing environmental activists. Maybe I'm wrong, after all, I don't know for certain. I just take everything they tell me with a grain of salt.
