on as they have under Bush or will they be different?

I have alway thought Bush was one of a kind - even for Republicans.

We have had other Republican Presidents - even his father - and they were not as bad as he is.

Just wondered what other people's thoughts on this are.

1. I would not count on it. It can only get better by bringing it down.

3. Bush is a moronic puppet
and things will stay exactly the same as they are and continue on the present course.
They'll just appoint another retard puppet (Jeb) and pull his strings just as they have with all GOP candidtates!

6. But I have always felt that his lack of diplomacy when dealing with other
countries belongs to him alone. He has turned the world against us, and I'm not sure that another Republican puppet would do that.

He is in a class by himself - a bad class.

4. *Whoever* takes over, my hope is. . .
they will want to dismantle the illegal structure BushCo's erected.

Power is more easily grabbed than relinquished.

As recipients of a political reality altered beyond anything the wildest thinkers could have imagined just a few short years ago, it will take a remarkable will for anyone to revoke it, let alone strive to revert it to what it was before. Certainly, I see I quick return to some aspects of "normality," but the allure of unbridled power will remain and, despite readily accomplished cosmetic improvements, power's seduction will be a Siren song of indeterminate appeal.

Yet another reason for us all -- Democrats and Republicans -- to choose very wisely in the coming elections.

7. Bush is just the symptom
Republicanism is the disease. Their bankrupt, every rich man for himself governance will not change. Sure, other Repug presidents weren't as bad as Dumbya, but that is because he is an incompetent moron. Reagan was every bit as evil as Busholini. Bush Sr. wasn't much better.

9. Most of the wingers are even worse than Bush
Bush doesn't negotiate well with other countries. The wingers don't want to negotiate at all and want to get rid of the UN. One could go down the list of how the wingers are worse than Bush.

Every time the wingers win an election they take a few days to marvel at all they got away with. Then they set out to do bigger crimes.
