I'm talking about the shit pile that Il Dunce's Unitary Presidentiary Cabal built.

I like Bill Clinton, but his not investigating the shit of Il Dunce's father and that senile old fart who preceeded him was a huge error.

How deep do we dig?

I say we go all the way to bedrock ..... and deeper if need be.

And as we didg, we need to let the shit **really** fly .... and land wherever the heel it needs to land. This country deserves to know the truth - whatever it is. This country may not survive without it.

14. Winning in 06
will help us get the ball rolling on the investigations. With the corrupt Bush cabal and widespread GOP crime at the state level, we could investigate for the next 15 years.

2. May I suggest a nice leisurely pace
Something that would guarantee a half dozen indictments a year for several years. How could conservatives possibly object to the cost? ronald reagan proved that deficits don't matter. How deep should we dig? May I suggest digging up reagan's rotting corpse and putting that motherfucker on trial until the cost equaled what "conservatives" wasted on his funeral.

3. Good question. Hercules diverted a swift river to clean the stalls.
Saved a lot of time and got the job done.

Can we do something like that?

'Cuz it's gonna be a real dirty job.

4. I agree, but it's going to be one heck of a shock.
And I suspect that whoever's in charge at the time will take some of the blame for it. People tend to kill the messenger. Could be why Clinton didn't do anything about the two guys before him.

5. All the way, I am with you.
We need to air out our system, let the people know what has been going on for years. Perhaps it will be so bad that the people who have not listened for years will begin to know what their complacence has cost this country.

6. I wonder if they'll have the time.
The next Dem President will have his/her hands full desperately trying to sort out the mess the BFEE have got us into. Repairing the international situation, dealing with a collapsing economy, trying to stave off environmental catastrophe, fighting endless Repug attempts to impeach him/her on trumped-up charges, reversing thousands of pages of fascist legislation; this will leave little time for pinning the blame on the scum responsible.

Even more worrying is that the worst effects of BFEE's mismanagement aren't likely to be felt until the next President's term. No matter how hard that President tries to fix things, some stuff will inevitably break. This will give the repugs all the ammo they need to swing themselves back into power during the following election cycle.

Nope, I think the evil filth will get away with it and predict that, in 2015, many Americans will be looking back on these days like some kind of 'golden age.'

8. An independent, blue ribbon select investigative board
could be ordered and seated and funded. Independence, irrevokability, no time limit, subpoena power, and prosecutorial authority. You know .... like Ken Starr .... but with integrity. The new administration need only order it and then get back to doing its own job.

12. Someone like Fitzgerald...who is thorough....this commission
could hire the smartest and brightest investigative minds....non partisan..it is imperative that the Dems frame the investigation for what it is crimes against the Constitution and the United States.....and then open up to the world court for crimes against humanity....for this is the only way that the US will gain any respect from the world....

9. Assuming victory in 06 or 08 is dangerous
If the Dems continue this playing it safe- don't be angry- just lay back and "let the repugs screw up" strategy they have been pursuing, they will continue as the minority party for quite some time.

and it doesn't really matter who we take out in the process. By that I mean even rotten Dems who have their hands dirty. It is way past time to clean house.

15. That goes without saying
Unlike the repubs (you know ..... them, right?) I suspect most of our side would like to see very rotten bum tossed and prosecuted. This may, in fact, seem partisan, but in actuality, the only partisanship ought to be the empowering of the investigation. After that, the facts lead the way

18. Oh yeah - they're laughing at how DU spits on Kerry as much as they do.

More Heinz-Whines From Mr. Ketchup:

Failed presidential candidate John Kerry blasted President Bush on Thursday as a "criminal" who has been "looting the country."

The Massachusetts Democrat offered the incendiary comments during an off the record meeting with liberal bloggers after a speech in Los Angeles to the Pacific Council on International Policy.

According to the Web site L.A. Observed, Kerry asked the bloggers to keep his comments confidential; a request they apparently dismissed out of hand without telling him.

Blogger "Hollywood Liberal" reports that Kerry "agreed completely with someone's assessment that everything that Bush does is solely for the purpose of looting the country."

I have to laugh at those 'liberal bloggers' that he thinks are on his side--they seem to have about the same amount of respect for him that we do! LOL!
