Sales have dipped to about 500/week with less than 6k sold, it'll be impossible for simon and schuster to recoup it's $1 million advance.

It's really a book about how to avoid actually having an opinion on a subject that directly impacts your life. Conservatives hate her because she's gay. Gay people hate her because she's a sellout. Liberals hate her because she has helped to enable *'s dangerous policies. Mary's not too well-liked in America from what I can see.

To be honest, I'm surprised that it has sold as many copies as it has. And I have money that says Dick, Lynne, and other members of Mary's family account for at least 5,000 of the books sold in an attempt to artificially exaggerate her book sales.

I hope Simon & Schuster learn a hard lesson from this one. Hateful rhetoric from a hateful hypocrite doesn't sell too well nowadays.

I just hope that the two of them will fade into obscurity at some point in the very near future. That's exactly what they deserve. I can see Cheney disappearing, but I feel that Coulter will somehow be a thorn in our collective sides for years to come.

...the publishers get paid back for this. They honestly couldn't have thought that a story about a lesbian woman's struggle in a GOP world would have appealed to Cheney's rabid fan base. $ 1 million advance for that? What sweetheart deal or contract will the government bestow on the company or its owners?

spend money on it...minus all the copies that were bought by Cheney herself
and given away.

Everybody knows it, but it is being hushed up by the same mainstream press that treats Coulter as if she were an actual human being.

Of course, I have no PROOF that Cheney and Coulter are lesbian lovers, but I dislike them both, which entitles me to say anything nasty I want to about them. In fact, the truth is that Coulter is also a corporophagic fetishist who is into anal fisting (giving, not receiving), and who eats the brains of live monkeys.
