Democrats and Word Usage
Democrats need to learn how to use words better. This morning I heard former Senator Gary Hart talking about the war in Iraq and he said Democrats need to come up with an alternative to the "Macho Politics" of the Republicans. I contend Hart made a mistake when he called going to Iraq "Macho Politics". It is not macho to send other people's children to war while you sit back and shelter your own children from war. Also, it is not macho to start stupid wars. What Democrats need to do is to start calling out the Republicans who call for this war, but do not send their own children. Hart and other Democrats need to talk about how people like George Pataki, Toby Keith, Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, Bill O' Reilly, Ann Coulter, and George Bush among others have called for and supported this war, but have never been in the military and do not want their kids to go to Iraq. Once again that is not "Macho Politics" that is something else like fake patriotism. Therefore, Democrats need to come up with alternatives to fake patriotism.

1. Time to revive the phrase "Merchants of Death."
The phrase originated to describe the companies that made megabucks from WWI.

2. Coulter would only revel in it.
She sees nothing wrong with sending the poor to war to defend the property and wealth of the rich.
