Let's not lose perspective

Rove is SCUM of the worst kind - he's a piece of shit, but apparently Fitz just didn't have enough for court, perhaps that Rove threw him a bone.

It sucks, but it's not necessarily the result of a broken legal system. Additionally, it seemed to me, that Fitz seemed to be focusing on the VP Office.

Now Rove should rot for his actions (regarding Plame and many deeds for decades) but it's still possible that Dr Strtangelove himself can come down from all of this.
