Bush Addresses Merchant Marine Graduates in N.Y.

The problem with the Merchant Marine is that it is an industry with friends like Ho Chi Minh and Saddam Hussein. And now it has a friend in Bush.

2. I saw the beginning of this.
Bushitler sitting there with paper work, he turns and speaks to the person/agent(?) kind of behind and off to the left of him. Said person removes sunglasses and puts them in his breast pocket, he never said a word to bushilter.
