Police Group Wants McKinney Scuffle Probed

WASHINGTON -- Police labor officials, angry over a federal grand jury's refusal
to indict Rep. Cynthia McKinney for assaulting a police officer, said Monday said
they want the House ethics committee to review her conduct.

And they said the grand jury's decision last week sent the message that "it's okay
to hit a police officer."

"We hope that members of Congress will review her actions in light of their rules
within their own ethics committee," Andrew Maybo, chairman of the U.S. Capitol Police
Labor Committee, told reporters Monday at a news conference in Washington.

Such a letter would not trigger an inquiry unless a member of the House authors it,
or the chairman and ranking Democrat move to review the matter.

1. Come On Already - Who Is Fostering This - Why Are They On...

Cynthia McKinney? If this was any Repug - the cop involved would have been thrown off the force. Why are they afraid of Cynthia McKinney? Is it because she was the only one to have to courage to challenge this administration after 9/11.

5. These guys are hardcore political RWers, we've discussed them on DU before

If you google their various names, all kinds of interesting crap pops up. Notably I remember them doing rallies for Alito in DC.

They went ape-shit berserk on Patrick Kennedy's incident, claiming he was drunk, "special treatment" etc.

THEY ARE WINGNUT HACKS.
