Goodyear's new blimp naming contest final list:
Gee, I wonder which one (two are probably odds-on favorites) will win?

5. Why not "Spirit of Capitalism"
It's more in keeping with the intent and the physical shape.

3. I'll put my money on:
"Patriot of Peace" with "Freedom" a close second.

Why not name it after Dubya? Flies around doing little, wastes money and is full of noxious fumes?

6. I figure that the likely ones would be "Patriot" and "Patriot of Peace"
a distant second . . . but, thinking again, anything with Peace in it is unpatriotic, and therefore would be an oxymoron.

But, in these times, ya gotta have "Patriot".

If it were up to the Akron Beacon Journal, it might be a different story . . . the righties are always claiming that the prize-winning paper was a liberal rag . . . same thing they always call anything with an IQ in the dual digits or higher . . .

8. Spirit of Peace?
How did they let that one on the list? Damn liberals must have snuck it in.
