Bush's June 2006 numbers compared to Clinton's June 1998 numbers

I figured that would be a good comparison since it's basically 5 months before midterms. And to be fair Bush has the war going against him whereas Clinton had the scandal & impeachment going aginst him

2. Here's Bush's Job Approval

That's different than favorability ratings. Bush's job approval has been in the 30's for a long time. Clinton's were always high. Clinton's favorabilities weren't always the greatest though.
