And there's always this classic regarding exit strategies:

No way, said Bush the candidate. "Victory means exit strategy," he told the Houston Chronicle on April 9, 1999, "and it's important for the president to explain to us what the exit strategy is."

And on the specific need for a timetable, here’s what Bush said then and what he says now:

Considering reality, those are pretty incredible quotes, aren't they.
"Do as I say, not as I do." All countries must be shaking their heads in disbelief at his speeches, not to mention his actions. He is such an embarrassment.

WTF was he trying to say when that came out.

That his intelligence (or lack there off) is reflected in the people who voted for him. How anybody with even only 1% IQ can still justify the troops invading Iraq is beyond me. Just out of curiosity- was the book that he was reading to the school children on 9/11, was that from his own collection of current favorites?

What an ignorant jerk.
