Yes, Jeb Bush, the *most popular* governor in the USA, wants us to remember his legacy as the *education governor*.

TALLAHASSEE -- Florida's public high-school graduation rate was one of the nation's lowest, but the state did climb two notches from 49th to 47th place in the latest rankings released Tuesday by Education Week magazine.
Graduation rates for the 50 states based on 2002-03 data are listed in the "Diplomas Count" report. It shows Florida at 57.5 percent, virtually unchanged from 57 percent the previous school year, and 12.1 percentage points below the national average of 69.6 percent.
The state's low graduation rates contrast with the glowing report card Gov. Jeb Bush and state education officials gave Florida's schools last week.
State education officials annually compile their own figures using different data. The latest state report, released in November, showed a 71.9 percent graduation rate for 2004-05, up 11 percentage points since 1998-99, when Bush took office.

Wonder if Karl Rove helps them with their *own data*... Hey, election returns aren't his only specialty.
