CBS 3) PHILADELPHIA Tipper Gore, wife of former Vice President Al Gore, is launching a new project in Philadelphia Wednesday.

Many may not know that she is an experienced photojournalist who has taken pictures of her journeys all over the world that she is now planning to sell.

Tipper Gore has captured the famous, the unnamed and the history makers in over 30 years as a photographer.
