General Casey's Plan to withdrawal troops should outrage conservatives
They should rise up in rightious indignation, lay down their flags and head enmasse to the recruiting station to show the general that by gawd we are going to stay george bush's course in Iraq until each and every one of us has been slaughtered in the desert. Hey wait a minute bubba! lets have a beer and rethink this.

2. There won't be any "cut and run" talk -
because Casey's Plan is contingent on the Iraqi's suddenly becoming able to take care of themselves - the October miracle! Purely a political stunt, 10K troops for photo ops and victory speeches about how we won the War in Iraq. They're pulling out all the stops on this one.

3. Not "Cut and Run" now : : "Turn Slowly and Meander Away" now.
Since the Republicans have now "thought" of reducing troop levels in Iraq, the name will have to be something that sounds good to the voters.

4. Seems to me it's more like:
'Back away slowly while whistling to signify "What? I found it like this... It was broken when I got here, I swear..." which is fooling no one'
