Who could have predicted the Republican Congress would lay down...?
...the way they did once one of their own was in the White House? They were in charge when the "other" Party was in the White House and they spent tens of millions of dollars investigating everything. They were like slobbering mad dogs wandering from one side of the street to the other, looking for someone to bite.

But now, when they are needed, they meander off somewhere and take a nap. When their Leader is breaking or ignoring every law on the book and should be impeached immediately, they ignore everything and blame it on "politics". They performed an historic personality transformation. From mad dogs to poodles, licking the feet of their master. Who could have predicted?

1. Uhm, anyone?
And you notice now that THEIR President is unpopular, they're starting to get a little feisty again.

That, my friend, is no coincidence.
