Tweety blows Delay on Hardball. "Valerie Plame was not a CIA agent" states Delay and it practically goes unchallenged by Tweety.

Why can't Tweety ask the tough questions? If the NY Times was pointing out that a federal court was not consulted about programs that the general public knew about, how is that treason?

1. more than likely, delay will be a convicted felon soon.
Giving that fat bastard a hearing is sort of morbid.

2. Delay was inferring that everyone fighting against the new
regime is in fact a terrorist..... therefore, everyone who once supported the old regime was a terrorist.... I hope Ronald Dumbsfeld can see this for what it is.

US intelligence helped Saddam’s Ba`ath Party seize power for the first time in 1963. Evidence suggests that Saddam was on the CIA payroll as early as 1959, when he participated in a failed assassination attempt against Iraqi strongman Abd al-Karim Qassem. In the 1980s, the US and Britain backed Saddam in the war against Iran, giving Iraq arms, money, satellite intelligence, and even chemical & bio-weapon precursors. As many as 90 US military advisors supported Iraqi forces and helped pick targets for Iraqi air and missile attacks.
