Gates sworn in at 7:00 AM this morning
Why so early?Is this a common thing to do? I thought there would be a ceremony of sorts.

Or will this be a little more low key?

The 7:00 AM swearing in does make it seem that they are trying to sneak him in without drawing too much attention.
