Question: Can Bush Send More Troops If The House & Senate Majority
say no?

is this decission only up to fuckhead? or does congress vote on sending more troops?

can someone help me out w/this please?

1. Congress controls the purse strings. He has to ask for the money to do this
I hope Congress has the balls to say "NO!".

2. The best the House and / or Senate can do is cut funding and
put contingencies on how any monies are spent.

So yes, they could "say no".

I'm hearing more and more talk of restrictions of funds.

Let your Senator / Rep hear your voice on continued funding of this bastard war.

3. With bush anything is possible.
BUT remember when President Clinton wanted to bomb bin laden's camp the second time and they refused him permission and bin laden got away. Wonder if bush will listen when they say no.
