The ignorance of "Christians" reigns supreme at the Grand Canyon
People who work at the Grand Canyon have been ordered (based on pressure by bush and his crimninals) not to give an official estimate of the geologic age of the Grand Canyon BECAUSE IT MIGHT OFFEND ZEALOTS.

http://www.peer.org/news/news_id.php?row_id=801

"In order to avoid offending religious fundamentalists, our National Park service is under orders to suspend its belief in Geology" said a spokesman.

Per the zealots, The Grand Canyon was caused by Noah's flood. And, according to the zealots, george bush is an honest, hard working, humble christian.

Against all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC.

6. I've gotten to the point I enjoy seeing this blatant bullying
by people who live in a total dream world.

The rest of the good folks out there who USE the brains god gave 'em are starting to get sick of being pushed around.

At some point, they're going to start pushing back.

7. I'd call them Xristians,
Their superficial alliance to the philosophy of Jesus the Christ doesn't deserve to bear the appellation.

This approach allows both a recognizable historical use of the Greek letter Chi to abbreviate the name Christ on church calendars (obviously related to these fundamentalist radicals current war on Christmas). It also is an allusion to the propensity these radicals have for censorship of naturally revealled truth by x-ing out of public knowledge whatever they find troublesome to their strict interpretations of gospel and the paucity if not absence of the essential love for all of humanity that characterizes the teachings attributed to Jesus.

8. awesome. Because if anything is holding back America from being a
great nation, it is that people are too educated. We need more guesswork in life, and less of those pesky facts.

10. Just wait
I expect that, in the next few years, heresy trials and witchburnings will begin again.
