NEW POLL RELEASED - DEM FRONTRUNNER

is NOT the candidate you are supporting.

Hey DU, can we chill out with the polls that are ALL basically within the margin of error? If a candidate consisently holds down a lead of double the MOE, in MULTIPLE POLLS I will finally consider that a real change in momentum. Proving HRC is up 1% over Obama or Edwards is up 2% over HRC is pretty useless information, especially at this early stage of the game.

Am I the only one thinking this?

Except for folks like us, how many people out there really are following politics right now? I bet if I asked my co-workers to name one of the current candidates they couldn't name one--and I live in Arkansas, which has been home to Clinton and Huckabee!

3. No amount of sledgehammering the "inevitable" is enough to some people.

It's ridiculous and it needs to stop. Every other goddamned post says the same thing: "Ut, DUers! Here's another poll proving that Hillary is indeed going to be your next president whether you like her or not!! HA HA!"

6. If I was polled today, I would be undecided.... If you polled my

mom, she would tell you to go to hell... he vote is her privacy (so she'd be marke undecided). I don't think enough people have decided who they are going to vote for. Some have resigned themselves to thinking, because of the polls, that they are going to be stuck with Hillary and it will be another 4 yrs of dissapointment but with a little bit less discontent.

Personally, I hate polls. Their aim is to align people into thinking the outcome is already decided. That outcome is also, not surprisingly, the way MSM wants it.

All reporting of polls with the various Democratic candidates
go to one separate thread--perfect!! There, anyone who wants
to shout the latest can shout in the face of someone else who
wants to do exactly the same thing, and those who want to be
spared the barrage of these statistics get to be spared until
such time as they want to get deluged with a tsunami of stats
that say, much to our amazement, "my candidate beats your candidate!"
