Impeachment!!! Trying to get the cart before the horse,,

Every time I see a post on DU about impeachment, it always contains something about being delusional because we don't have the votes,, If the correct procedure was implemented for the process, we would first of all have an INVESTIGATION,, and in doing so all the lies and criminal acts that have been committed would be brought out into the light for all to see,, and at that point we wouldn't have to worry about the fact of not having the votes, people would be screaming for IMPEACHMENT, and not just us on DU,, it would be the Senate and the HOUSE, the ones that count.

1. Right. That's what Kucinich's bill is all about. It would get the investigations

started. Everyone thinks that the bill just says "let's vote to impeach!" It says that there is enough evidence to start the formal process of investigation. I don't see why this is a bad idea. If it is shown that there isn't enough to go forward on, then fine, but let's at least look at it! Geeze...
