I'm glad this got started last night... (Triana) And it's still going, kind of like a party or something. I KNOW it's no watershed, but I see many who have "decided" to GO WITH JOHNNY!!

And Elizabeth!! I'm literally hearing "fireworks" outside my window! Ha! Ha! It's the 4th of July celebration starting early. Plus we just had the first day of the Suncoast Off Shore boat races today! I've been hearing them going up and down the Gulf for most of the day!!

But fireworks are appropriate right now!

Ten days ago the campaign needed $3.4K to reach it's goal! Just for myself, I want to say thank you for helping him out!

Three hours to go, they aren't posting figures right now, so maybe later we'll get a final!

myself! I DO know the difference.

I used to be a typesetter and I was constantly hitting the (m) key when I wanted a comma. Our raw copy went to proof readers and when we saw the same errors come back for corrections we could make "formats" to check for specific errors. Why I hit the K key was strange though because the same finger isn't used for (m) as it is for (k), but the same finger IS used for (m) and the comma key.

I will go back and try to find the first post though... I DON'T recall doing it, but I must say this... NEVER say NEVER!

posts since Friday morning. I only used the K once. Seems like I'm trying too hard with this correction, but I have a bad case of seeing errors and getting horrified by them. It's My OCD that kicks in.

Anyway, I DID see is used but don't know where.

I go back, recheck my work, edit... Yep, probably is a touch OCD of me too.

And funny about the "k" finger -- mine seems to be getting arthritic, so it hurts when I tap the key.

Small world ain't it! Sorry for the late reply... an old friend came by needing some advice concerning her daughter who JUST turned 18 and flew the coop! Since I've "been there done that" she felt I have "the answers" to which I say... NOT!

The kid is just like generations who have gone before us... feeling her oats! So she spent the night and just left.

And about that arthritis thing... I just got a shot in my thumb last week and I no longer say, it's hell getting OLD, at 60 I AM old! Ha! Ha!

So I'll just blame it on the arthritis too! I will say this, even though I have been diagnosed with OCD, I DO admit that most people suffer from it from time to time. Mine just got out of whack for a while. I'm doing well now and have weened myself from a lot of the CRAPPY Meds they over-load you with!
